ROCKETSINGH does not directly provide most services listed on the Platform unless specifically stated.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

• Treat service professionals respectfully and professionally.

Customers shall not:

• Engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct.
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform for fraudulent purposes.
• Provide false complaints or misleading reviews.

6. Service Professional Responsibilities

Service professionals using the Platform agree to:

• Maintain required licenses, permits, and certifications where applicable.

Service professionals are solely responsible for the services they provide.

7. Lead Generation and Service Fees

ROCKETSINGH may charge service professionals a lead fee, membership fee, subscription fee, advertising fee, or other applicable charges for accessing opportunities through the Platform.

The Platform generally follows a lead-based business model rather than high commission-based deductions.

All fees paid to ROCKETSINGH are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Pricing and Payments

Customers agree to pay all applicable charges associated with booked services.

ROCKETSINGH does not supervise or control the manner in which independent professionals perform their services.

Any contractual relationship regarding service execution exists directly between the customer and the service professional.

11. Background Verification

ROCKETSINGH may conduct identity verification, document verification, or background checks on service professionals where feasible.

However, ROCKETSINGH does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of information provided by users;
• The quality of services;
• The conduct of any customer or service professional; or
• The suitability of any service provider for a specific task.

Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment before engaging services.

12. Artificial Intelligence and Automation

The Platform may use Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, location-based matching, automation systems, and smart lead allocation technologies to improve service delivery.

Users acknowledge that automated systems may influence:

ROCKETSINGH does not guarantee perfect accuracy of automated systems.

13. Intellectual Property

• Branding
• Software
• Design
• Text
• Graphics
• Databases
• AI systems
• Source code
• Technology infrastructure

is owned by or licensed to ROCKETSINGH and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit Platform content without written permission.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Upload harmful software or malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Misrepresent identity or qualifications.
